Knowing what Digital Wrench or fileset versions are installed will help determine which updates are requiredNOTE: Version and fileset versions are subject to change12Start the Digital Wrench softwareLocate the version ID on the title screen
Engine Controller Reprogramming (Reflash)
NOTE: New service replacement ECUs are programmed as "no-start" and require reflash in able to workVerify the most current service packs, updates and filesets are downloaded and loaded into Digital WrenchSee "VersionFileset Identification" on page 4.382Connect the communication cables to the snowmobile connectorsSee "Digital Wrench Connections" on page 4.363Start Digital WrenchSelect the model year and machine using the "CHANGE VEHICLE TYPE" button4Click on the "SPECIAL TESTS" icon5Click on "ENGINE CONTROLLER REPROGRAMMING"6Select the engine model and color of the injectors installed on the engine.Record the digit injector part numberClick "CONTINUE"7All NOTE: four fuel injectors must share the same color code8Locate the "program enable" or "mode change jumper connectorJump the two pins using short length of wireClick "CONTINUE"1
