Rear Suspension 16Invert the 36mm piston rod assembly and pour small amount of shock oil into the center of the locking piston bolt until the oil flows back out of the hole20Pressurize the shock body cylinder with nitrogen gas to specification21Install the small button-head screws back into each valve assembly22Reinstall the eyelet hardware and test shockAfter being compressed, the piston rod must fully extend from the body

1Remove the bushings and eyelet components from the lower shock bodyMount the shock in soft-jawed bench vise
17Hold finger over the bolt hole, then carefully insert the piston rod into the shock body cylinderSlightly oscillate the piston rod to allow the piston to enter the shock body boreRemove the button head screw from the pressure valve assembly
