PVT System Driven Clutch Disassembly
1Helix Removal: Remove the fasteners securing the helix to the moveable sheave Using flat-blade screwdriver, carefully pry the helix up and out of the sheave2Install the clutch into the clutch compression tool, PN 8700220Use the clutch compression extensions, PN PS45909Compress the roller assembly to access the snap ringLock the clutch compression tool chain to hold the roller assembly downCarefully remove the snap ringSlowly release the compression tool45
