12Remove the two caliper bolts that hold the caliper to the chaincaseRemove the caliper from the brake disc3 4

BRAKE DISC REPLACEMENT
The brake disc should be replaced if the thickness of the disc is below .193"(.49cm)123456Remove the chaincaseSlide the brake disc from the jackshaftCheck the jackshaft for any damageReplace the o-ring on the jackshaft Replace the brake diskAssemble the chaincase
