NOTE: The TPS baseline and idle speed adjustments must be performed whenever the TPS is moved or replacedIf the TPS requires replacement, remove the throttle body and replace the TPSNOTE: If only verifying the TPS voltage setting, the throttle body can remain on the engine2Unplug the TPS connector (B), and connect the TPS test tool15Snap throttle plates to times to ensure plates are completely closed
TPS FastenersTPS Harness Connector 34Remove the throttle cable barrel from the throttle flipperLoosen the idle speed screw until the screw no longer touches the tab and the throttle plates are completely closed
