Maintenance 3Remove the hose connecting the main tee to the radiatorPour as much coolant out as possible into containerheadPlace towel or shop rag underneath the screw
74Insert the siphon into the tee fitting and into the hose connected to the water pumpRemove the rest of the coolant8910111213141516
Open the screw just enough to allow air and coolant to escapeStart the engineRun the engine until the temperature displayed on the gauge is at or above 180F (82C)Continue running the engineMonitor the air bleed screwClose the screw when steady stream of coolant flows out of the holeVerify the heat exchanges are warm to the touchTurn off the engineTop-off the main fill tube, then replace the capAllow the engine to cool completelyReinstall the clutch guardair intakeAdd coolant to the expansion tank to bring the fluid level up to the COLD FILL LINE
