sembliesThis allows the clutches to be aligned throughout the shift range1Remove drive beltBelt deflection adjustments affect offsetSet belt deflection first2Install proper alignment tool as shown3Front and rear of driven clutch moveable sheave should just contact tool when clutch is pushed inward on jackshaftAny gap at the front of the driven clutch is not acceptable4Ideal set up is the rear of driven clutch should have no gapIf gap is present it should not exceed .060" (3mm)
