FUEL SYSTEM 6When screw is loose, hold throttle to wide openTurn offset nut clockwise to raise or counterclockwise to lower,until throttle slide is in same position as base carburetor
7Tighten Phillips head screw
8Replace top caps
Choke Adjustments
With the dash mounted choke control toggle flipped to the off position, the choke plunger must be seated on the fuel passage way in the carburetorIf the plunger is not seated on the passage way, the engine will flood or run too rich, causing plug fouling and very poor engine performanceIf cable slack is too great there will be excessive toggle free play resulting in hard startingAlso, the half on position used for intermittent applications will not functionIf the choke lever assembly becomes damaged, lever kit is availableThis allows replacement of the lever assembly rather than the entire cable assemblyInstallation instructions are included with the kit
