NOTE: Inspect all parts for wear or damage during disassemblyReplace all seals, O-rings, and gaskets with Genuine Polaris parts during assemblyRefer to General Section for Inspection Procedures on page 3.4 through 3.15
Disassembly
1Remove carburetors, recoil housing and exhaust manifold
2Remove water pump, and starter recoil cup with water pump drive pulley and flywheel nut
