1Insert exhaust valve into valve housingReplace housing gasket2Install washer, beveled side out, and bellows
3Apply Loctitet 262 to the threads of valve and install valve capTorque to specification
Valve Cap Torque: Ft lbs (8.3 Nm)
4Install spring, valve cover, and adjuster nutTorque exhaust valve cover bolts to specification
