CLUTCHING Team Clutch Belt Deflection Adjustment
1To adjust the sheaves, loosen the 716" jam nut on the clutch2Using 18" Allen wrench, adjust the threaded set screw as neededNOTE: Turn the set screw in (clockwise) to increase the distance between the sheaves and out (counter clockwise) to decrease the distance3Tighten the jam nut after the belt adjustment has been made
Team Clutch Belt Removal NOTE: Be sure the unit was in forward gear and turn key switch so it is off and the engine has come to complete stopRemove the retaining pin and open the clutch guard1Apply brake (or lock parking brake if so equipped)2Locate the "L" wrench in the tool kit and insert into the threaded holeScrew in wrench until the sheaves open far enough to remove the belt
