4Install test harness connector on TPS
5Insert red voltmeter lead into yellow terminal, and black lead to black terminalSlowly open throttle and check for smooth voltage changeNOTE:The fluke meter will change scales and show O.Lmomentarily when throttle is opening
6Voltage at yellow terminal should be 4.0 to 4.2 volts at Wide Open Throttle for domestic engines, and 3.77 volts for Fuji engines (800 XCR)If not, the TPS must be adjusted to this specificationTPS Volts at Wide Open Throttle Polaris Domestic Engines: 4.0 to 4.2 volts
