BRAKESFINAL DRIVE Rear Suspension Removal
The Type drive system is used on all models except the WideTrakThis system consists of right side mounted chaincase with right side mounted brake assembly1Turn OFF Fuel Valve and drain all the fuel from the fuel tank into an approved container2Mark hood hinges for ease of alignment when reassembling3Remove hood (to prevent damage), air silencer, exhaust system and battery, if so equipped4Place drip pan under chaincase and remove drain plugDispose of used chaincase oil properly5Remove drive belt and driven clutchNote position of washers for controlling drive to driven offset (A) and washers to control clutch free floating (B)
