BODY AND STEERING Torsion Bar Removal
1Remove trailing arm assembly2Using small pin punch, tap out the rivet mandrels in the center of the torsion bar support rivets3Using 14 bit, drill out the center portion of the rivets on the Torsion bar bushing4Punch out the rivet body5Remove support and torsion bar
Torsion Bar Installation
1Rivet support in place using Polaris PN 7621452 rivetsNOTE: These high strength "Q" rivets are the only replacement rivets recommended for this application2Reinstall torsion bar3Reinstall trailing arm assembly4Check camber and toe adjustmentsSocket Screws 1
