DRIVEDRIVEN CLUTCHES Polaris Electric Reverse Belt Removal
1Remove ONE of the three belt tension adjuster bolts (A) and store it in safe place2Locate the 38" box end wrench in the tool kitLocate the 12" length bolt from the tool kit and install it in the empty tensioner holeAs this bolt is tightened, it will open the sheaves, loosening the belt to the point where it can be easily removed3Grasp the belt firmly midway between the clutches and pull upward and rearwardRemove the belt4If belt is not going to be immediately reinstalled, reinstall the tensioner bolt and store the 12" bolt in the tool kit of the machineA
