MAINTENANCE Headlight Adjustment
The headlight can be adjusted for vertical aim using the following procedure: 1Place the snowmobile on level surface with the headlight approximately 25' (7.6 m) from wall2Measure the distance from the floor to the center of the headlight and make mark on the wall3Start the engine and turn the headlight switch to high beam4Observe the headlight aimThe most intense part of the headlight beam should be aimed (5.1 cm) below the mark placed on the wall in Step 2NOTE: Rider weight must be included on the seat5If necessary, the headlight aim can be adjusted by turning the adjustment knob located inside the hood just below the headlamp openingTurn knob in or out as needed for proper aimLamp Center Height (5.1 cm)

Removing Halogen BulbsLow Beam
NOTE: Do not touch halogen bulb with bare fingersOil from skin leaves residue, causing hot spot which will shortend the life of the lamp1PInch ends of spring together and lift until it releases from spring retainer2Lift spring carefully around wire harness and flip to outside of housing3With wire harness attached to bulb, withdraw bulb from housing4Grasp bulb by metal base and carefully separate bulb from harnessHeadlight Adjustment Knob
