MAINTENANCE Lubrication Points
Lubricate the following fittings with Polaris Premium All Season grease annually or approximately every 1000 miles (1600 km)Remove weight from the component being greased to permit better penetration and flushing of the jointS Spindles, left and rightS Rear suspension pivot shaftsS Lubricate both front ski pivots at fitting as shown using Polaris All Season greaseS Grease jackshaft and driveshaft (clutch side) bearingsS Use an aerosol lubricant on the steering post support bracketS Grease steering post lower pivotS Grease center steering arm (bell crank), pitman arm, and idler arm (where applicable)NOTE: grease gun kit complete with grease and adaptors is available to lubricate all fittings on Polaris snowmobilesPolaris Premium All Season Grease 14 ozPN 2871423 Grease Gun Kit PN 2871312 Grease Gun (Point Type) Adapter: PN 2871174
