BRAKESFINAL DRIVE Liquid Cooled Brake System Liquid Cooled Brake Pad Replacement, Cont6Place new pads with friction material facing each other into housingHold in place using clipsSee illustration above7Slide brake assembly into bracket until both clips snap into grooves in bracket8Clean top of chaincase where brake mounts9Separate pads for installation over discIf brake assembly does not slide easily over the disc with loose pads the piston is not compressed far enough into the caliperThe caliper assembly must fit freely onto the disc and chaincase10Remove plugsInstall coolant hose and clamp on cooler assembly11Replace 38 bolts, washers, and rope guideTorque to specification
