The following steering alignment procedure can be performed on XTRA CRC or XC-10 CRC front suspensions only, and should not be used for 38-RMK CRC or non-CRC front suspensions
General Set Up Tips
Before adjustments are performed on CRC steering, inspect all front suspension and steering componentsWhile disassembling, make notes of which direction bolt goes through part, what type of nut is used in the application, and which direction do the steering arms go onweld up or weld down, etcSome of the bolts used in the IFS are special, and cannot be purchased at hardware storeAlways use genuine Polaris parts and hardware when replacing front end components
