CLUTCHES Clutch Bushing Replacement P-85 P-85 Drive Clutch Movable Sheave Bushing Installation
1Place main adapter (Item 8) on puller2Push new bushing into center of sheave by hand3Insert installation tool (Item 1) into center of sheave and with towers pointing toward vise, slide sheave onto puller rod4Install nut on puller rod and hand tightenTurn barrel to apply additional tension if needed5Turn sheave counterclockwise until bushing is seated6Remove nut from puller rod and set aside7Remove sheave from puller8Remove installation tool9Insert retaining ring removed in step and installation tool into center of sheave10With towers pointing toward vise, install sheave onto puller rod11Install nut on puller rod and hand tightenTurn barrel to apply additional tension if needed12Turn sheave counterclockwise until ring is seated13Remove nut from puller rod and set aside14Remove sheave from puller15Remove installation toolDo not lubricate bushings, or premature wear will result
