ENGINES Cooling System Bleeding Procedures WARNING

Never remove the pressure cap when the engine is warm or hotIf the pressure cap is to be removed, the engine must be coolSevere personal injury could result from steam or hot liquid.Use of non-standard pressure cap will not allow the recovery system to function properlyIf the cap should need replacement, install the correct Polaris cap with the same pressure ratingRefer to the appropriate parts manualNOTE: Always use Polaris premium antifreeze 6040 premixBleed system at specified RPM or air will remain trapped in system, which may result in overheating

If the cooling system should become low in the reservoirtank andor filler neck, the system should be bled of any trapped air using one of the following procedures, depending on model
