13Slide washer and outer axle spacer on each end of the articulating mounting bracket axleAssemble each center pivot idler wheel assembly by placing washer, idler wheel, and washer on each center pivot idler wheel cap screwSecure each idler wheel assembly to the articulating mounting bracket axle
11Secure the mounting brackets using the four cap screws and lock nutsTighten to specifications
