INSPECTING ! NOTE: Whenever part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, replacement is necessary
1Inspect each idler wheel, wheel insert, and plastic hub for cracks or damage2Rotate the idler wheel bearings (by hand) and inspect for binding or roughness3Inspect all bushings for wear or damage4Inspect all weldments and the tubing of the arms and spacers for cracks or unusual bends5Inspect the track bumper guides for wear6Inspect the axle surfaces for any signs of corrosionIf corrosion is found, lightly buff the surface of the axle with #400 wet-or-dry sandpaper; then apply light coat of greaseASSEMBLING

3Slide an adjuster bushing (A) on each end of the rear axle making sure the bushings are properly positioned on the adjuster bolts; then secure each rear axle idler wheel with an insert, washer, and cap screwTighten only until snug! NOTE: Make certain the adjuster bushing is properly positioned
