5Inspect the seals for any breaks or damage6Inspect the track for cuts, gouges, or wear7Inspect the keyways in the driven shaft for wear or damage8Inspect the brake disc for wear or cracks9Inspect the track drive sprockets for wear or damage10Inspect the top sprocket for any chipped or worn teeth11Inspect the bottom sprocket teeth for wearTurn the inner sprocket bearing by hand and inspect for any signs of being rough12Inspect the three bottom sprocket drive pinsCheck the pin edges for chipping and wear13Inspect the drive pin springs for tension by pushing each pin into the sprocket and releasing itIt must snap back out without any signs of bindingIf any of these items (pins, bearing, sprocket, teeth) appear worn, replace the sprocket as an assembly 18Inspect the chain tightener bearingRotate the tightener roller and check for smooth rotationIf rotation feels rough, replace roller and bearing assemblyASSEMBLING

1Press the sprockets on the driveshaft noting the scribed marks on the shaft and the timing mark found on one tooth of each sprocketThe timing mark is the letter molded into the outer surface of one drive toothAll the markings must be in alignmentTouringTrail Models
