Drive Clutch Driven Pulley (Turbo Models)
If premature drive belt wear is experienced or if the drive belt turns over, parallelismoffset must be checkedAlso, parallelismoffset must be checked whenever either the drive clutch or driven pulley is servicedTo check the parallelismoffset, use the Clutch Alignment Bar (pn 0644-427) and the following procedureCHECKING OFFSET

7Remove the pulley from the compressor! NOTE: At this time, leave the O-ring and shim washer off the sheave adjusterThey will be installed when installing the drive belt
1Open the belt guard and remove the drive belt! NOTE: For removing drive belt, see Removing Installing Drive Belt (ACT Roller Driven Pulley) in this section
8Set the brake lever lock9Slide the driven pulley onto the inputdriven shaft making sure alignment washers are in place
