INSTALLING (Jaguar Z1)
1Place the console into position on the headlight support bracket; then connect the console harness connector2Secure the console to the chassis with the two torx-head screws
Belly Pan
(120 cc) REMOVING
1Remove the hood2Remove the two cap screws securing the belly pan to the front end; then account for washers and lock washers
! NOTE: It is not necessary to remove the tie rod boots
5Using piece of cardboard to protect the finish, tip the snowmobile on the left side and using #20 drill bit, drill out the belly pan rivets6With all belly pan rivets removed, return the snowmobile to the upright position; then slide the belly pan forward and up until it clears the front endINSPECTING
! NOTE: Whenever part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, replacement is necessary
