CleaningInspectingMeasuring Cylinder Block
1Wash the cylinder block in parts-cleaning solvent2Check the gasket surface of the cylinder for distortion3Using straightedge and feeler gauge, check surface at total of locationsIf distortion limit is exceeded, machining of the block will be necessary

6Wash the cylinder block thoroughly with hot soapy water; then rinse with hot water7Blow dry the cylinder block with compressed air and apply oil to all of the cylinder surfaces8If any measurement exceeds the limit, the cylinder block must be replacedPISTON SELECTION (660 cc)
! NOTE: Two sizes of pistons are available as standard size spare parts to ensure proper pistonto-cylinder clearanceWhen installing standard size piston, make sure to match piston with cylinder using the following procedure
