3If necessary, pull the eyelet to extend the rod (21, Figure 23)4Clamp the body (3, Figure 23) in special holding fixture (part No0644-158) or equivalent5Unscrew the cap (23, Figure 23), then lift the rod, cap and piston assembly from the body6Loosen, but do not remove, the nut (5, Figure 23)
CAUTION Do not lay parts on rag or other surface where they can pick up lint that would cause leakageEven small imperfections can result in leakage
1Remove the screw and washer (43, Figure 23)2Release the pressurized nitrogen carefully using the special tool (part No0644-158) or equivalent
