6Tum the ignition switch ON and measure the voltage between pin No.3 and pin No17 (Figure 5) of the diagnostic harness7Rotate TPS, as required, until the voltage is exactly 0.538 VDC, then tighten the TPS mounting screws
Ifthe voltage measured between pins No3 and No17 keeps changing, the sensor may be faultyBefore installing new sensor, be sure the throttle cable is not sticking
