ager identify each bearing and its position on the crankshaftIt is critical that the bearings are properly installed
aLay the bearings and shims, if used, on clean, lint-free surface in the order of assemblybMake sure that the holes in the outer race are properly located and indexed before installing the bearingsNOTE bearings are installed with the dowel pin holes and the locating ring grooves incorrectly aligned, the lubrication holes will not line up properly with the passages in the crankcase
