6Observe the voltmeter while the engine is at idle speedThe voltmeter should indicate 11-13 volts DC7Slowly increase the engine rpm to 2,5002,700 rpm and observe the voltmeter readingIf the voltmeter indicates less than 11 volts or more than 13 volts, replace the voltage regulatorSee Chapter Nine8Tum the engine off and disconnect the voltmeter9Close the hood and lower the snowmobile track to the ground
