TRANSMISSION (ARCTIC DRIVEN) 11Grasp the eccentric assembly and pull the eccentric shaft from the driven pulleyNOTE: Flat washers are positioned on the eccentric shaft and must be retained

Using hot oil (200 0F), heat the entire eccentricBearings contained within both ends of the eccentric housing will slide out for servicing procedureTo assemble the eccentric, use reverse procedure

Driven Pulley Disassembly (Arctic)
1Completely release the spring tension from the inside of the torque bracketNOTE: screwdriver may be used to pry the springPosition the driven pulley with the fixed face on the working surfacePlace heels of hands on the torque bracket and press downward until the keyway in the torque bracket becomes free from the key in the fixed face hubRotate the torque bracket to lock under the key12
