ENGINE SERVICING (TVVIN CYLINDER) 12Disassemble the fan housing from the crankcase by removing the bolt, nut, lock washer, and flat washer as shown belowAlso, remove the two (2) nuts, lock washers, and flat washers above and below the electric start openingNOTE: If engine is equipped with an electric starter, starter must be removed before fan housing can be disassembled14Remove the flywheel, using the following procedure:
Using small hammer with punch or awl, bend the locking taps away from the flywheel nutRe-install the recoil pulley, using the three (3) bolts and lock washersUsing the flywheel holding tool and 22mm socket, loosen the flywheel nut
Next, remove the main wiring harness connector from the intake side of the fan housing and the two (2) nuts, lock washers, and flat washers securing the intake side of the fan housing to the crankcase
