IIANDSJP I(0) ICD Oil INJECTION SYSTEMPOWER UNIT
1Bleed: Air
Air bleeding steps: Place rags under the oil pump to catch any oil that might spill Disconnect the oil hose from the oil pump Position the end of the oil hose above the oil tank CD Pour at least two liters of oil into the oil tank and allow it to settle for two minutes Lower the end of the oil hose and make sure that oil flows out of it Connect the oil hose to the oil pump Fasten the oil hose with plastic locking tie Loosen the air bleed screw two full turns and make sure that both the oil and air bubbles flow out If oil does not come out, squeeze the oil hose near the oil pump inlet maximum of 20 times When there are no air bubbles left, tighten the air bleed screw Wipe up any spilt oilScrew: Nm (0.5 kgf, 3.6 ft Ib)
