When it is possible to work inside the hull, the mats should be laminated from the inside5Smooth out the outboard side surface by sanding6Install plate 2, and using 9.2 mm (0.36 in) diameter drill, make hole to depth of 20 mm (0.79 in) in the center of the laminated fiber grass layers7Pass the bolt through the insert nut, as shown, lock the bolt with the nutScrew in the insert nut so that its top is flush with the FRP surfaceLoosen the lock nut and remove the bolt
