IMPORTANT Apply Kluber lsoflex grease (PIN 293 550 021) to the inner diameter of the gear thrust surface on the shaft, ceramic washers, needle bearings shaft surface and lock washerCAUTION: No other grease can be used, otherwise damage to bearings will occurInstall the 40 needle bearings on the compressor shaftNOTE: The 40 needle bearings comes wax strip with an adhesive backingRemove the adhesive backingInstall the drive gear over the needle bearingsInstall the other ceramic washer (ceramic washer with smaller inner diameter)Install the lock washerApply engine oil to the spring washersPosition the spring washers as per illustratonCAUTiON: When installing the spring washers, take care of the exact installation direction of the washers
