Unlock the clip no2 on top of air intake silencerRemove bolts retaining both air ducts to engine (both sides)
XP Model Pull the air silencer forward to remove it from the lower bracket no4 and remove it in rotating movement

The air intake silencer is molded piece and it can not be openedIt has an integrated flame arrester
