WARNING
Ensure that there is no leakage from the fuel filterRFI Models The fuel pump assembly must be removed to have access to the fuel filterRefer to ENGINE MANAGEMENTDI Models Inspect inline filter conditionCarefully use low pressure compressed air to cleanReplace if permanently clogged or damagedNOTE: The fuel filter needs to be replaced after 250 hoursThe filter at fuel pump inlet is not replaceable individuallyThe complete fuel pump unit has to be replaced
Fuel Tank
All Models Visually inspect the inside and outside of the fuel tank necks for crack(s)If crack(s) are existing, replace fuel tank no14Check with your finger to feel the inside and outside surfaces of fuel tankFlex fuel tank necks to ensure there are no hidden cracks4 2

Fuel Filler Hose
All Models Verify fuel filler hose no5 for damageAlways ensure that clamps no4 are well positioned and tightenedTorque clamps to Nm (35 lbfin)
