AirFuel Rail Replacement
Removal Release the fuel pressure in the systemDisconnect air compressor supply hose from railDisconnect fuel hoses (supply and return) at their inline connectorsTemporarily connect those hose ends together to prevent rail drainingDisconnect spark plug cables from spark plugs and fuel injector wiresCut locking ties of wiringUnscrew rail retaining screws3 2
Gently pull rail up by hand, working each side slightly at timePull rail outDisconnect hose ends at their inline connectors and drain fuel railDisconnect air and fuel hoses from rail2 1
