Throttle Cable Adjustment Mechanically adjust the throttle cable using the adjusting device underneath body, below steeringSlacken lock nut to allow adjuster rotationFreeplay on lever should be between and 3.5 mm (116 and 18 in)When done, tighten lock nut2

NOTE: On GTX DI models, vent tube removal in front storage compartment may be necessary to reach the adjusting deviceCAUTION: Improper cable adjustment will cause strain on cable andor damage cable bracket or throttle lever at handlebarUse the vehicle communication kit (VCK) with the B.U.D.Ssoftware to perform this adjustmentChoose the Monitoring tabPress throttle lever to reach full throttleTurn cable adjustment until Throttle Opening meter indicates between 95 and 99Closed TPS Adjustment Perform the Closed TPS adjustment as described in Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) in Electronic Management belowInjection Oil Pump Cable Adjustment As oil injection cable is throttle dependent, always proceed with the oil injection pump cable adjustment after throttle cable adjustmentRefer to OIL INJECTION PUMPCAUTION: Improper oil injection pump synchronization with throttle bodies can cause serious engine damage
