ADJUSTMENT
THROTTLE CABLE ADJUSTMENT
Fully depress throttle leverLever must touch handlebar gripCAUTION: Do not select "YES" until the idle speed screw is loosened to allow the throttle plate to closeLoosen the lock nut of the idle speed screwLoosen the idle speed screw until it does not contact the throttle plate stopperLoosen the adjustment of the throttle cable1

Ensure throttle plate is fully openAdjust cable to obtain gap of 0.75 mm (.030 in) between throttle lever stopper and bracket on throttle body
