The resistance should be between 2.280 and 2.736 at temperature of 19C to 21C (66F to 70F)

If not within specification, continue with the following tests
If there is not V, check the wiring harness and pin #12 on the #4 AMP plug connectorRemove the TANORANGE wire from the #12 position on the AMP plug connector, install test connector (a female connector with about 25 mm (1 in) of wire) then reconnect the AMP plug connectorPress the startstop button, and check for 5V on the test wireIf none is present, replace the MPEMOn the WTS connector, check for continuity to ground on the BLACKORANGE wire when the system is not powered up, and within12 ohms when the system is powered upOtherwise, check the wiring harness and pin #5 on the #4 AMP plug connectorRemove the BLACKORANGE wire from the #5 position on the AMP plug connector, install test connector (as described above) then reconnect the AMP plug connectorRepeat the same tests as above, if the tests are not within specs, replace the MPEM
