Stator and Trigger CoilCPS (Crankshaft Position Sensor)
Install the stator no9 and trigger no10 coil in engine magneto coverTorque screws to Nm (80 lbfin)Reinstall wiring harness bracket no29 using taptite screws no16Torque trigger coil screws no21 to Nm (80 lbfin)Torque stator screws no20 to 13 Nm (115 lbfin)NOTE: The trigger coil is not adjustableF04D0CA
Install gasket no24 between magneto housing and engine crankcaseInstall magneto housing and torque screws no19 to Nm (80 lbfin)
Rotor and Ring Gear
Apply Loctite 243 (blue) on crankshaft taperInstall ring gear on crankshaftApply Loctite 243 (blue) on nut no13Install nut with lock washer no14 and torque to 120 Nm (89 lbfft)CAUTION: Never use any type of impact wrench at magneto installation
