Battery Charging Coil
Position new coil, crimp and solder all wiresPrior to assembly, apply Loctite 243 (blue)Use magneto coil centering tool (PN 420 876 922) and install it so that it fits around armature plate before tightening screws no23CAUTION: Always assemble magneto flywheel and ring gear prior to apply Gun KoteIf not done correctly, ring gear won't contact magneto flywheel flangeTo apply Gun Kote proceed as follows: 1Clean thoroughly and degrease replacement part using non oil base solvent2Apply coating in light thin coats using spray gunNOTE: Do not spray Gun Kote into magneto flywheel threaded holes3Bake parts in oven at 175C (350F) for hour to cure Gun KoteCAUTION: Do not eliminate Gun Kote heat curing time because it will lose all its resistance and it will not give any protection

Magneto Housing
Install gasket no24 between magneto housing no5 and engine crankcaseInstall magneto housing and torque screws no16 to Nm (80 lbfin)
