CAUTION: Some watercraft require shim between hull and pump; if shim has been removed at pump removal, be sure to reinstall it, otherwise engine alignment will be alteredApply Loctite 243 (blue) on stud threads of jet pump housingInstall flat washers no6, lock washers no5 and nuts no4Tighten nuts of jet pump housing in criss-cross sequence and torque to 33 Nm (24 lbfft)NOTE: Slightly lubricate wear ring with BOMBARDIER LUBE lubricant to minimize friction during initial start

Whenever removing screw always renew locking disksScrew must be torqued as specified
Pivot Triangle
Install head bolts toward insideNOTE: Make sure the pivot triangle turn freely
Reverse Gate
RX and RX DI Install reverse gate with spacer and washerTorque to 20 Nm (15 lbfft)GTX DI Model When installing the reverse gate, pay attention to position its lever behind the reverse gate support stopperNozzle
