Install O-ring no24 to coverApply Loctite 518 on O-ringInstall cover to jet pump housing making sure to properly position filler plug on top sideDo not torque yet, keep small gapInsert pencil or any other plastic tool in the hole and push on the slider tabCAUTION: Do not use metal tools for push the tabIt is possible to damage the inner threadsHold tab and torque screwsRemove pencil or tool to release locking mechanismCheck if the mechanism worked properlyPush tab with the pencil or tool, if there is small play the installation is correctedIf not, redo the procedureAdd oilOil Fill NOTE: It is highly recommended to perform leakage test prior adding the oilSee PUMP PRESSURIZATION in this subsectionPlace housing horizontally as in its operating position so that filler plug is located on topRemove filler plug from coverPour SEA-DOO JET PUMP SYNTHETIC OIL (PN 293 600 011) in reservoir until oil comes level with bottom of holeLet oil drain into housing and after few minutes add more oil until it is level with bottom of filler holeSMR2000_065_10_02A.FM
