RX and RX DI Models Disconnect steering cable from jet pump nozzle no1Remove: reverse gate spring pivot bolts no42 retaining pivot arm and VTS ring to nozzleRemove nozzleGTX DI Model Remove retaining screws no2, sleeves no44, locking disks no453 2

Jet Pump Housing
RX and RX DI Models Detach: reverse cable VTS link rodGTX DI Model Detach ball joint of reverse cable from reverse gateAll Models Disconnect steering cable from jet pump nozzleLoosen hexagonal nuts no4 and remove flat washers and lock washers from jet pump housingRemove jet pump with wiggle movementCAUTION: When removing pump unit, shim could have been installed between hull and pump housingBe sure to reinstall it otherwise engine and jet pump alignment will be alteredNOTE: After jet pump removal, if drive shaft remains in the PTO flywheel, simply pull it outIf drive shaft is seized in the PTO flywheel, refer to DRIVE SYSTEM
