Section 04 ENGINE Subsection 07 (EXHAUST SYSTEM)
Loosen bolt no20 of tuned pipe head above the engine magneto
Remove the stud no21 from "Y" manifoldUse M10 1.5 screw tap to clean the threaded holes on the "Y" manifold and the threaded holes on tuned pipeClean out the debris with spray cleaner and air pressureCAUTION: It is very important that the threads are free of debris before installing new selflocking fasteners

Remove Allen screws no12 and lock washers no13 then withdraw exhaust manifold
