Rotor and Flywheel
Apply Loctite 648 (green) on mating surface of the rotor no8When reinstalling rotor to flywheel no3, one of the protrusion end of rotor must be aligned with hole in flywheel1 2
Apply Loctite 243 (blue) on nut no13Install nut with lock washer and torque to 115 Nm (85 lbfft)CAUTION: Never use any type of impact wrenchUnlock crankshaftReinstall pulse fitting with washer and torque to 19 Nm (14 lbfft)
Before installation, properly install O-ring no31 in engine magneto cover no1Apply Loctite 767 anti-seize compound on screws no11Torque screws in criss-cross sequence to Nm (80 lbfin)DI Models If heat exchanger cover has been removed, ensure to align its notch with the emboss in casing
