INTRODUCTION
1Clean threads (stud and hole) with solvent2Apply Loctite Primer (PN 293 800 041) on threads and allow to dry3Put several drops of proper strength Loctite threadlocker on female threads and in hole4Apply several drops of proper strength Loctite on stud threads5Install stud6Install cover, etc7Apply drops of proper strength Loctite on uncovered threads8Tighten nuts as requiredPreassembled Parts

1Adjust screw to proper setting2Apply drops of proper strength Loctite threadlocker on screwbody contact surfaces3Avoid touching metal with tip of flaskNOTE: If it is difficult to readjust, heat screw with soldering iron (232C (450F))
